Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition.
• Returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
